Installation guide, customizer settings, and frequently asked questions.

Installation

1. Download the theme ZIP file from your purchase source.
2. In WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
3. Upload the ZIP and click Install Now, then Activate.
4. Alternatively, unzip and upload the pixelcraft-auto folder to wp-content/themes/ via FTP.

Set up the homepage

1. Go to Pages → Add New and create a page titled Home. Publish it (content can be empty).
2. Go to Settings → Reading.
3. Select A static page and choose Home as the homepage.
4. Visit your site — the full auto repair homepage layout will appear.

Customizer settings

Go to Appearance → Customize to configure your site.

Business Info

• Phone number, email, address, business hours
• Hero title and subtitle
• Hero background image (optional; recommended 1920×1080px)
• Primary and secondary CTA buttons
• About section shop photo
• Years experience badge
• Footer tagline

Theme Colors

• Primary color (default: orange)
• Secondary color (default: navy)

Site Identity

• Upload your logo
• Set site title and tagline

Navigation menu

Go to Appearance → Menus, create a menu, add your pages/links, and assign it to the Primary Menu location. If no menu is set, a default anchor menu is used on the homepage.

Contact / quote form

PixelCraft Auto includes a built-in quote request form on the homepage. Submissions are sent to the email address set in Customizer → Business Info → Email Address.

On local development environments, email delivery may require an SMTP plugin.

FAQ

The homepage shows a blog instead of the full layout

Make sure you set a static homepage under Settings → Reading as described above.

How do I change the about section photo?

Go to Appearance → Customize → Business Info → About Section Shop Photo and upload an image from your media library.

How do I change the hero background?

Go to Appearance → Customize → Business Info → Hero Background Image and upload a photo. A dark overlay keeps the headline and CTAs readable.

Can I use this theme on client projects?

Yes, once purchased, you can use it on client websites according to the theme license (GPL v2 or later, or marketplace license terms).
