What to include in your message

Theme name and version (e.g. PixelCraft Auto 1.0.3 or PixelCraft Hotel 1.0.2)
WordPress version and PHP version
A clear description of the issue
Screenshots if applicable
Your Lemon Squeezy order email or order number (for verified buyers)

Orders & downloads

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. After buying, use the receipt email or My Orders to download your theme ZIP. If a download link expired, reply to your receipt or email us with your order number.

Support scope

We provide support for theme installation, bundled features, and bugs within the theme itself. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, custom development, or hosting/server configuration unless otherwise stated.
